Fawkes & Reece are proud to be working with a leading commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering projects across London and the wider UK. They are looking for an experienced Design Manager from a traditional main contractor, fit-out contractor or specialist construction background.
The role will focus on managing the design process from pre-construction through to delivery, coordinating consultants, subcontractors and design teams across commercial offices, Cat A/B fit-out, refurbishment and complex interior projects. Projects range from smaller fit-outs through to schemes valued at £10m-£20m+, providing excellent exposure to technically demanding commercial projects.
