We are working with a well-established and reputable Main Contractor who have a great company culture and ethos. The company currently have social housing and public sector refurb projects in Manchester and are seeking an Assistant Site Manager/RLO to join them to work on this site. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established Main Contractor who have a healthy pipeline of work and operate on a number of schemes.

You will be reporting into a Site Manager and your responsibilities will include:

  • The smooth operational running of the site, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
  • Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team.
  • Monitoring the quality of work.
  • Liaising with the client.
  • Liaising with residents and ensuring they are kept updated with the construction process.
  • Ordering materials.

Experience needed: SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes. You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The salary on offer is £36k (depending on experience) plus car allowance and package.
