About the role of Project Manager
Looking for a project manager to work on a permanent basis for a Tier 2 Principle Contractor. The value of their projects range from £2,000,000 to £(phone number removed). Looking for someone with a background in facades/cladding and scaffolding experience preferable.
Responsibilities of Project Manager
- Manage the day-to-day running of site
- Supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety legislation and company procedures
- Carry out site inspections and maintain high standards throughout the project
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and health and safety documentation
- Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and the wider project team
- Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
Requirements of Project Manager
- Previous experience as a Project Manager
- Valid SMSTS CSCS black card
- First Aid at Work qualification
- Strong knowledge of current health and safety regulations
