  • Review and interpret technical drawings and construction information.
  • Coordinate with designers, consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage RFIs, technical queries and design changes.
  • Produce and review ITPs, quality records and engineering documentation.
  • Carry out checks across earthworks, drainage, foundations, slabs, roads, pavements and external works.

  • Work closely with earthworks and groundworks teams to drive efficient delivery.
  • Monitor progress and identify potential technical or construction issues.
  • Support the Project and Site Managers with technical and commercial matters.
  • Assist with subcontractor management and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate site records and ensure as-built information is captured.
  • Mentor and support Graduate and Site Engineers.
  • Ensure all works meet health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.

The Projects

You'll have the opportunity to work across projects involving:

  • Large-scale earthworks and cut-and-fill
  • Piling & ground improvement
  • Reinforced concrete slabs & foundations
  • Surface water & foul drainage
  • Utilities & service infrastructure
  • Highways & access roads
  • External works & hardstanding
  • Steel-framed industrial units
