We're working with a progressive and growing main contractor who are looking to bring in an Assistant Site Manager/ Finishing Manager to support the delivery team for a care home scheme in Crawley. This is a site-based role working closely with the Site Manager and wider project team, taking ownership of the finishing stages through to handover. Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the site team with day-to-day project delivery
- Managing finishing trades on site
- Overseeing internal fit out, finishing and snagging works
