An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Manager / Contract Administrator to join a leading specialist contractor on one of the UK’s most prestigious infrastructure projects - HS2 Old Oak Common Station. This opportunity would also suit an experienced Commercial Manager with strong NEC contract knowledge who is looking to move into a more dedicated contract management role while remaining involved in the commercial delivery of a major project.
The Role
Reporting to the senior project leadership team, you will take ownership of the contract administration function, ensuring the effective management of contractual obligations, change control, notices, correspondence, risk management and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. This is a key appointment requiring an individual with a thorough understanding of NEC contracts and a proven track record of managing contracts on major construction or infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage NEC contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all contractual notices, communications and obligations are issued in accordance with contract requirements.
- Support the commercial team with compensation events.
