An established and growing main contractor is seeking an ambitious Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the South East. Responsibilities
- Managing multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Visiting sites regularly across the region with office attendance approximately twice per week
- Leading project teams and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
- Working closely with senior management to support continued growth of the business
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Commercial awareness and strong communication skills
- Ideally based in Surrey or surrounding areas
