We're working with a rapidly growing fit out contractor that's building a strong reputation, securing repeat business and developing an impressive pipeline of work.
They're looking for an ambitious Construction Manager to join the team and take ownership of site delivery across commercial fit out projects.
Despite being a relatively young business, they're already winning projects against leading contractors and delivering schemes up to 8m.
This is an opportunity for a hands‑on Construction Manager who knows how to run a floor, drive the programme and get things done.
You'll be given genuine responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to learn directly from an experienced Project Manager, developing your knowledge and progressing within an ambitious, growing business.
About You We're looking for a driven Construction Manager with commercial fit out experience who takes pride in running a well‑organised site and delivering results.
You'll be someone who gets on with it, takes ownership and knows how to get subcontractors working together.
You don't need to be heavily client‑facing or have extensive Project Management experience already; the key is having the right attitude, strong site management skills and the ambition to develop.
Testimonial from a placed candidate in the business: "They are genuinely one of the most internally organised and personable companies I've worked at.
Despite being a newer and smaller fit out contractor, they come across like a larger organisation, with Tier 1 processes, strong collaboration between teams and a proper HR setup.
Ownership is a huge part of the culture.
I joined as a Senior Construction Manager with the view to step into a Project Manager role and they have truly let me run with it.
I've got full autonomy over subcontractors, sign-offs, permits and RAMS, and can run my own project the way I see fit.
They've built a personable culture, with regular social events and opportunities for employees to share their thoughts and ideas.
One thing that really stands out is the easy communication with Director level.
Since joining, I've had three sit-downs with the Directors to discuss how I'm getting on, any support I need and where I can continue improving.
Overall, I'm very happy and looking forward to the future." #J-18808-Ljbffr
