As Commercial Manager, you will be overseeing multiple schemes in Cardiff and Bristol with project values between 30m - 100m. The company is a well-established UK construction and housing partner that predominantly focuses on residential developments and regeneration projects. They have a very strong financial and industry position with lots of financial backing, resources, and organisational strength. This is a full-time office-based role. This is a great opportunity to progress your career, provide mentorship, and be involved in large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities of Commercial Manager Include but are not limited to:
- Attend regular team meetings
- Provide advice to the team on resolving contractual disputes and legal matters in a timely manner
- Ensure high standards of cash flow forecasting
- Review project cash flows with the team and present to the Commercial Director
- Maintain positive and successful client relationships
- Provide assistance and support on all commercial issues
