Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting for a CCDO Blue Card Operative for a demolition project in Clapham.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced CCDO Blue Card Operative to join a demolition project on a long-term basis. The role will primarily involve soft strip demolition works, including the removal of internal fixtures, fittings and non-structural elements, whilst maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.

Duties Include:

  • Soft strip demolition works
  • Removal of internal fixtures and fittings
  • Site clearance and segregation of materials
  • Following site health & safety procedures
  • Assisting the demolition team as required

Requirements:

  • Valid CCDO Blue Card
  • Previous demolition and soft strip experience
  • Full PPE
  • Good understanding of site health & safety
  • Reliable and hard-working attitude
