Technical Services Manager in City of London

Technical Services Manager – London\\n\\nSalary: £110,000 / £115,000 + Package\\n\\nWe're working with a leading main contractor who deliver high-profile projects across the commercial, fit out, and refurbishment sectors. They are now looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join their team in London and take ownership of the technical services strategy across major schemes.\\n\\nThis is a key role within the project team, working closely with Project Managers and Directors to ensure all technical services are planned, coordinated, and delivered to the highest standard. You'll be involved from pre-construction through to handover, providing input on methodology, buildability, commissioning, and trade contractor management.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nDrive the technical services strategy from tender stage through to delivery.\\n Liaise with project teams, consultants, and trade contractors to ensure coordination of services.\\n Review design details, specifications, and logistics to ensure buildability and safe installation.\\n Develop and manage commissioning strategies and technical services programmes.\\n Oversee procurement, ensuring trade contractors are fully scoped and compliant.\\n Monitor progress on-site, attending technical and progress meetings to resolve issues.\\n Ensure production of O&M manuals, as-built information, and client training are completed at handover.\\n Provide post-completion support during the defects period relating to technical services.
