Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading Tier 1 building services contractor to recruit a Senior Electrical Project Manager. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative, people-focused organisation delivering major commercial projects across the capital.
The Role
This position sits at the forefront of early-stage project development through pre-construction and into delivery on a £50 million commercial scheme in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Electrical input across tenders, bids, pre-construction and planning.
- Produce technical proposals, delivery methodologies, programme assumptions and risk strategies.
- Work closely with electrical, commercial, planning and construction leads to build winning bids.
- Provide continuity as schemes move from bid through into delivery.
- Ensure design, safety, quality and technical standards are rigorously upheld.
- Build effective working relationships with internal teams, clients, consultants and JV partners.
- Promote a collaborative, integrated "one team" approach across all project stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in tendering/bidding in addition to project delivery.
- Shell & Core experience.
- Confident working within complex, multi-discipline project environments.
- A people-focused, non-adversarial leadership style.
- Ability to communicate clearly across all project phases with clients and internal teams.
- Stable career history with the desire for long-term development and progression.
