Project Manager in City of London

We're recruiting for a high-performing workplace interiors specialist that delivers inspiring workplace environments and high-quality CAT A and CAT B fit-outs across Central London. .\\n\\nAs a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role from pre-construction through to final delivery, managing projects up to £15m in value. You will work closely with senior leadership and directors with Tier 1 backgrounds, enjoying significant influence on project decisions and real opportunities for progression and increased responsibility.\\n\\nWhat You'll Do\\n\\n🔹 Lead and manage commercial office fit-out projects (CAT A, CAT B and light structural works) from pre-construction through procurement, planning and delivery.\\n\\n🔹 Oversee project planning, programming, cost reporting, risk management and quality assurance.\\n\\n🔹 Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, supply chain and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.\\n\\n🔹 Ensure compliance with contract requirements and drive best practice in health & safety, quality and standards.\\n\\n🔹 Provide leadership and support to project teams, including subcontractors, to achieve high performance and a collaborative culture.\\n\\nWhat We're Looking For\\n\\n✅ Proven experience delivering commercial office fit-outs (CAT A and CAT B) in London, ideally up to £15m in value.\\n\\n✅ Strong background in traditional contract delivery with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor or fit-out specialist.\\n\\n✅ Excellent stakeholder, client and team management skills with the ability to make and influence decisions at senior level.\\n\\n✅ A structured, organised and proactive approach to project planning and delivery.\\n\\n✅ Strong commercial acumen, communication skills and problem-solving ability.\\n\\nWhy This Role?\\n\\n✔ Work collaboratively with directors and senior leaders who value your input and influence on project outcomes.\\n\\n✔ Take ownership of high-profile commercial fit-out projects in Central London.\\n\\n✔ A genuine platform to grow technically and in leadership responsibility within a dynamic and design-led construction environment.\\n\\nIf you're an ambitious Project Manager with solid fit-out experience and ready to take the next step in your career, apply with an up to date copy of your CV
