The position is to work with a large Property Developer, who have recently expanded their business to focus on furniture, fitting & equipment. They currently own and operate 4 student blocks with circa 1000 beds and have a pipeline of 10 further student accommodation sites.
They are looking for someone who can find the work and be proactive, with the right mentality. There may also be occasional travel to China to build and maintain relationships.
They have all the infrastructure and pre-existing setup and relationships, so need someone who can build on top of this.
They are looking for someone who wants to be part of the business growth and help them expand this new division they have with the wider business.
