I'm currently working with a leading Tier 1 contractor who is looking for an experienced Façade Lead to take ownership of a £20m façade package on a major new-build commercial scheme in Central London.
The package covers a complex range of façade elements, including:
- a unitised primary façade
- natural and reconstructed stone cladding
- feature metalwork and architectural finishes
- terrace balustrades and screening
- roof pavilion glazing
- façade access systems
Key interfaces include MEP penetrations, smoke ventilation, roof plant screening and waterproofing.
We’re looking for someone with strong façade experience, proven Tier 1 project delivery and a track record of longevity on major schemes. This would also suit an ambitious No.2 Façade Manager / Senior Façade Manager who is ready to step up and take the lead on a major £20m package.
