INITIALLY UNTIL MARCH 2027 OR TEMP-TO-PERM - WORKING ACROSS 2 SITES (CHORLEY + MANCHESTER (MILEAGE PAID) - MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE* We're Hiring: Scheduler/ Planner Location: Chorley/ Manchester/ work from home Payrate: £15.00-£16.00ph dependent on experience - paid via Umbrella or PAYE Duration: Until March 2027 / temp-to-perm contract Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Scheduler/ Planner based across 2 sites, Chorley & Manchester! This is working for retrofit social housing company, on a retrofit scheme including EWI, lighting, insulation, measures. The job includes speaking to residents, arranging access and booking works, taking inbound calls and queries from residents. You must have a driving licence to work across both sites, and working home can be included. This job is until March 2027 with a view to go permanent. Mileage is also paid. Job Responsibilities: Complete daily administration tasks and using booking systems. Liaising with residents to arrange access for contractors/subcontractors. Booking in subcontractors/contractors to complete works. Liaise with customers to arrange, confirm, and reschedule appointments. Handle incoming calls and emails related to bookings/ general queries. Maintain accurate records on computer systems.Required Experience for the Scheduler/ Planner: Previous experience in administration/ scheduling. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Confident in using PC's and systems. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
