We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering a range of projects within the water sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Civil Supervisor to oversee site operations and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
What we're looking for:
- Civil engineering background with experience on infrastructure or utility projects
- Valid CSCS Card
- SSSTS qualification
- Strong understanding of health & safety and site operations
- Ability to lead and coordinate site teams
Applications are also welcomed from experienced Gangers or Skilled Operatives who are ready to step into a supervisory role.
The Role:
- Supervising day-to-day site activities
- Coordinating labour, plant, and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
- Maintaining quality standards and site documentation
- Working closely with site management and the client
