A well established and award winning Tier 1 Social Housing Contractor are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will be running a division of the business which covers the North West region. The company are leaders within their field and work within the Social Housing sector, providing retrofit and decarbonisation services to tenanted Social Housing properties. The company have an established client base of Local Authorities and Housing Associations and have a healthy pipeline of future works. Reporting to the Directors of the business, you will be responsible for dealing with contracts at a high level, and assisting in the growth and continued expansion of the business. Duties will include:
- Manage the day to day operations of the business, but also manage best practice.
- Manage renewable energy contracts from pre-construction/survey, through to delivery, and aftercare stages.
- Managing a team which consists of several Contracts Managers and their subsequent reports.
- Delivering successful presentations to Clients.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Promote and maintain the highest standards of health and safety.
- Financial Reporting.
