Brighton Office is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead cost estimating on a long-term commercial build in Kent. You will manage the estimating process from enquiry through to final submission and work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
Produce accurate, competitive tenders and assess market conditions, material costs and supply chain pricing. The role includes mentoring junior estimators and contributing to value engineering strategies for the project.
