What you'll do as a Freelance Fitout Site Manager:
- Oversee fitout projects on a leading UK supermarket - Northwest or UK wide
- Report directly to the Project Manager
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
- Support commissioning and final handovers
Duties of a Freelance Fitout Site Manager include but are not limited to:
- Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
- Record onsite progress and lookaheads
- Report into Senior Management
- Follow H&S guidelines
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience working on commercial fitout projects
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
- UK driving license and access to own vehicle
