As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be overseeing 3 - 4 residential schemes with valuations of £130 million, £20 million, £25 million, and £30 million. The company is a well-established UK construction and housing partner that predominantly focuses on residential developments and regeneration projects. They have a very strong financial and industry position with lots of financial backing, resources, and organisational strength.

Responsibilities:
  • Attend regular team meetings
  • Provide advice to the team on resolving contractual disputes and legal matters in a timely manner
  • Ensure high standards of cash flow forecasting
  • Review project cash flows with the team and present to the Commercial Director
  • Maintain positive and successful client relationships
  • Managing full upstream process
  • Provide assistance and support on all commercial issues
  • Final Accounting
