An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading specialist subcontractor delivering the façade and external works package on one of the UK's most prestigious construction projects. Working alongside a major Tier 1 main contractor, you will take ownership of a high-value façade and external envelope package on a flagship development valued at approximately £300 million. This is a career-defining opportunity to play a pivotal role on a technically challenging, high-profile scheme that will become a benchmark project within the industry. The Role As Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of the façade and external works package. You will manage programme, quality, commercial performance and client relationships while coordinating with the Tier 1 contractor, design teams, consultants and specialist supply chain partners. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of complex façade and external works packages safely, on time and within budget. Develop and manage detailed construction programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved. Coordinate design development, procurement, manufacture and installation activities. Manage subcontractors and specialist installation teams. Build strong relationships with the Tier 1 contractor, consultants and project stakeholders. Drive quality standards, compliance and technical excellence throughout the project. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Support commercial teams with valuations, variations and cost control. Ensure all health, safety and environmental standards are maintained to the highest level. About You Proven experience delivering large-scale façade or external envelope packages. Strong background working for specialist façade contractors or leading envelope subcontractors. Experience managing projects alongside Tier 1 main contractors. Excellent technical understanding of façade systems and external works. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage complex programmes within fast-paced, high-value construction environments.
