At Fawkes & Reece we are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Value Coordinator to join an industry leading Tier 1 Contractor. Our client specialises in a range of high spec large scale developments valuing up to £400M on a nationwide basis. This Social Value Coordinator is required in the Southwest and surrounding areas.
About the role of Social Value Coordinator
As Social Value Coordinator you will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships. Driving recruitment in the construction industry via various networking events, also offering career guidance including CV writing workshops, mock interviews and supporting individuals managing their career pathways.
Responsibilities for Social Value Coordinator
- Manage and report to the wider team and client on all collected data surrounding local recruitment.
- Drive and develop the relationship with key stakeholders including local councils and higher education outfits.
- Consistently represent the business from a community engagement perspective by attending and hosting key events to promote the business within the construction industry.
Requirements for Social Value Coordinator
- The ideal candidate will come from a similar background either in Social Value, Community Engagement or Human Resources role.
- Some form of relevant degree would be advantageous and prior knowledge of the construction industry is preferable.
