As the Operations Manager, you'll be the key leader for Project Managers, Site Managers and Contractors, managing high value projects within retrofit schemes and ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to. Working with a Tier 1 contractor to ensure the Social Housing schemes run smoothly, you'll be involved in contracts such as Kitchen & Bathroom and Windows & Doors refurbishment.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with teams of contractors, direct construction labour and the senior team to ensure seamless project completions.
- Develop and maintain working client relationships.
- Adhere to compliance throughout the project.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the Social Housing industry - specifically retrofit
- CSCS Card
- NVQ Level 6 - Construction
- UK Driving Licence
- SMSTS & CSCS
