We are currently recruiting for an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join a major civil engineering project in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a complex scheme involving demolition, piling, RC frame construction, drainage, and temporary works.

Scope of Works:

  • Demolition
  • Piling
  • Construction of 2 RC Frames
  • Drainage
  • Temporary Works

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting out and surveying works across all project phases
  • Producing and maintaining accurate site records
  • Quality control and assurance checks
  • Liaising with site management and subcontractors
  • Monitoring progress against programme
  • Supporting the delivery team to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer on civil engineering or construction projects
  • Experience with demolition, piling, RC frames, drainage and temporary works
  • Proficient with robotic total stations and surveying equipment
  • Strong understanding of QA procedures and as-built records
  • CSCS Card
  • Relevant engineering qualification preferred
