We are currently recruiting for an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join a major civil engineering project in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a complex scheme involving demolition, piling, RC frame construction, drainage, and temporary works.
Scope of Works:
- Demolition
- Piling
- Construction of 2 RC Frames
- Drainage
- Temporary Works
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out and surveying works across all project phases
- Producing and maintaining accurate site records
- Quality control and assurance checks
- Liaising with site management and subcontractors
- Monitoring progress against programme
- Supporting the delivery team to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer on civil engineering or construction projects
- Experience with demolition, piling, RC frames, drainage and temporary works
- Proficient with robotic total stations and surveying equipment
- Strong understanding of QA procedures and as-built records
- CSCS Card
- Relevant engineering qualification preferred
