We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join a major civil engineering project in Brighton. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing engineering activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the safe and successful delivery of the project.
Scope of Works:
- Demolition
- Piling
- Construction of 2 RC Frames
- Drainage
- Temporary Works
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing engineering and technical aspects of the project
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and temporary works requirements
- Producing RAMS, ITPs and quality documentation
- Managing programme and site progress
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards
- Supporting commercial and project management teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer within civil engineering or major construction projects
- Strong background in demolition, piling, RC frame construction, drainage and temporary works
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong understanding of QA procedures and project documentation
- CSCS Card
- Degree, HNC or HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline
