We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join a major civil engineering project in Brighton. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing engineering activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the safe and successful delivery of the project.

Scope of Works:

  • Demolition
  • Piling
  • Construction of 2 RC Frames
  • Drainage
  • Temporary Works

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing engineering and technical aspects of the project
  • Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications and temporary works requirements
  • Producing RAMS, ITPs and quality documentation
  • Managing programme and site progress
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards
  • Supporting commercial and project management teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer within civil engineering or major construction projects
  • Strong background in demolition, piling, RC frame construction, drainage and temporary works
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong understanding of QA procedures and project documentation
  • CSCS Card
  • Degree, HNC or HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline
