Administrator
Administrator required on a temporary contract basis for four months based in Bournemouth.
This Administrator will be joining a specialist main contractor on a £90m project.
The ideal candidate will come with previous administrative experience preferably within construction with strong computer system knowledge including Microsoft packages.
Responsibilities for Administrator
- Assist Document control team with scanning and filling project documentation.
- Manage and maintain personal records using M-site
- Support H&S team with compliance and training as and when required
- Generic ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements for Administrator
- Previous experience in a similar role either administration/ site administration or document control
- Organised, diligent and proactive attitude and nature
- Prior experience using M-site is preferred
- Self-motivated and team player attitude essential
