We are looking for Freelance Site Managers for upcoming projects across the Northwest starting in the next 2 weeks. Projects are commercial refurbishments/fitouts.
Duties as a Freelance Site Manager:
- Oversee upcoming commercial projects
- Work alongside Project Director daily
- Ensure projects are on-time and to client spec
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
- Liaise with client regularly
Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager:
- Experience as a Site Manager (tier 1 experience or experience in commercial)
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, any other certs you may have
- Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Manager's position
- UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
