Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Civils Site Manager to join an ongoing civils/infrastructure project in Northumberland. This is a freelance opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in civil engineering, groundworks and infrastructure.
The Role:
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Supervising subcontractors and site teams
- Planning and coordinating civils and groundworks activities
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
- Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation
- Monitoring quality and progress
- Liaising with Project Managers, Contracts Managers and subcontractors
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety across site
- Providing regular progress updates to the project team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Civils / Senior Civils Site Manager
- Strong civils, groundworks or infrastructure background
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Strong knowledge of RAMS and health & safety
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Location: Northumberland
Rate: £300-£340 per day DOE
