I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Block Manager for their residential scheme in Berkshire. The scheme compromises of 130 plus RC frame apartments, which you will be responsible for managing from external envelope which includes; brickwork, scaffolding, metsec, balconies installation through to internal fit out. You will be responsible for managing health and safety on site, responsible for managing the programme of works, managing sub-contractors on site and reporting into the SSM on site. The ideal candidate must have worked for a residential developer/residential main contractor and must have good IT skills also. This is a 12 month minimum freelance role and payments are made via CIS. You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate.
