Location: 5 days a week in Birmingham
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate initial quality submissions, outline methodologies, preliminary pricing, and team capability profiles to secure contractor shortlisting.
- Manage the transition phase, coordinating early contractor involvement (ECI), buildability feedback, and value engineering workshops with the client.
- Oversee open-book build-ups, subcontractor package procurement, and final contract sum negotiations to convert the PCSA into a main works contract.
- Run end-to-end bid calendars, lead kick-off meetings, assign deliverables, and ensure compliance with client briefs.
- Interface regularly with estimators, planners, commercial leads, and external supply chains.
