Are you a Tenant Liaison Officer looking for a new challenge? We have a position available with a Social Housing Contractor who focuses on quality of service and customer care and has great staff retention rates. My client is a well-established Social Housing Contractor with an excellent reputation and a strong pipeline of work. They are currently recruiting for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join them on a 6-month contract with the opportunity for a permanent contract. This role is working on a retrofit scheme on the Wirral.
Responsibilities
- Pre‑entry visits and company inductions
- Collect tenancy agreement and approval forms
- Visit tenants in their homes to advise them on when and what work is being carried out
- Act as the main point of contact and address any problems or queries tenants may have
- Contact neighbouring housing associations and establish working relations with them
- Visit empty houses that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advise them on completion dates
- Attend and chair tenant forum meetings to inform tenants of works being carried out
- Monitor customer complaints and resolve potential issues
- Monitor customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- You must have a full driving licence and your own transport.
- Ideally you hold a current CSCS Card.
Compensation
The position is paid via the agency on an hourly rate of 16ph through an umbrella company.
