As an Estimator, you would play a key part of the thriving pre-construction team, responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for fit out and refurbishment projects, typically ranging up to £10m. This unique in-house approach delivers value and expertise in maximising offices into residential spaces with consistently high-quality project delivery.
Responsibilities of an Estimator:
- Produce detailed quotations, raise purchase orders, manage project budgets, and approve supplier invoices.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for refurbishment projects.
- Develop comprehensive and accurate estimations & presentations.
- Source new products and suppliers as needed.
- Contribute to building systems that streamline processes.
Requirements for an Estimator:
- Minimum 5 years estimating experience.
- Experience working on fit out / refurbishment projects with values up to £3m+. (Preferably Drylining & partitions)
- Valid UK driving license.
- Relevant construction-related degree or qualification.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
