We are recruiting an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a large-scale, high-volume housing development in Gobowen, West Midlands. You will work with the Site Manager to ensure safe delivery, on programme and to the required quality standards.
Experience on large-scale housing is essential, with strong coordination of subcontractors, knowledge of build programmes and a proactive approach to safety. SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS are desirable, with First Aid preferred.
