Assistant Document Controller required on a temporary contract basis for 4 months based on a Β£90M project in Bournemouth.
As Assistant Document Controller you will be supporting the Document Control, Project & Design team with general maintenance and management of relevant systems. Ensuring all documentation is updated and relevant and stored correctly in line with company protocol. Alongside Document Control duties, you will also be responsible for generic ad-hoc administration duties.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage both electronic and physical documentation.
- Ensure all documentation is up to date and replaced by latest copies and filed correctly.
- Responsible for overseeing all compliance documentation.
- Correctly and accurately ensure all site communications are rolled out efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Systems experience using M-site is advantageous.
- Previous experience within a similar role including Administrator.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and methodical approach.
