Fawkes & Reece are proud to be working with a leading commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering high-value Cat A, Cat B and cut-and-carve projects across London. They are looking to speak with Architects and Senior Architects who are keen to move into a more contractor-focused Design Management position.

The role would suit an architect with strong technical delivery experience, particularly across commercial offices, refurbishment, Cat A/B fit-out or cut-and-carve projects, who wants to become more involved in coordinating consultants, managing design development and delivering projects on site.

Projects can range up to £30m+, offering exposure to complex commercial schemes and a clear route into Design Management.

Ideal background: Architect / Senior Architect / Project Architect with strong technical and construction-stage experience.
