We have a great opportunity for a Site Manager working with a fit-out contractor in the West End of London on a commercial fit out project.
About the role of Site Manager
We are looking for a dedicated client facing fit out site manager to work on a £2m Cat A & B fit out in East London. As the site manager you will be reporting to a visiting Project Manager 1-2 x per week to update with the programme / client engagement.
The project is working across 2 x floors of a live office block so integration with existing tenants and being considerate of loud works must always be paramount. The project will involve new partition walls, board/meeting rooms installs along with front of house, staff rooms and break out areas. A competent, professional attitude and demeanour is essential.
Requirements for the Site Manager:
- Have CAT A / B Fit Out experience
- Longevity in roles with some of the contractors in the industry
- Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
- Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
- Understanding of programs and ability to handle minutes efficiently
- Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
- SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
