Senior Site Manager opportunity on a Hospital in Cambridge. This project will need someone to be responsible for the External package, which has a combined value of circa £15 million. This is a Tier 1 contractor who pride themselves on attention to detail and providing excellent service to their clients. Hence the need for an experienced senior site manager to take hold of the project. You will be managing the Façade, Roofing, Scaffolding, Primary Steel, Secondary Steel, and Blockwork.
The Ideal Senior Site Manager must have:
- Heavy experience with Externals package
- Longevity in roles with some of the contractors in the industry
- Understanding of programmes and the ability to write short term look aheads
- Interpersonal skills to get along with the rest of the team/manage the sub-contractors effectively
- Black CSCS SMSTS
