Exciting opportunity, winning and delivering key projects for a leading Tier 1 fit out and refurbishment company.
About the role:
Working on commercial office fit out projects valued £5 - £40 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B and cut & carve across central London.
Responsibilities:
- Playing an active part in tendering and winning work
- Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
- Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to site staff
- Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
Requirements:
- Experience winning key projects and running them from cradle to grave
- Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
- CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out experience
- Comfortable leading tenders or supporting a Project Director in tender delivery
