Senior Project Manager

Exciting Senior Project Manager opportunity, winning and delivering key projects for a leading Tier 1 fit out and refurbishment company. About the role of Senior Project Manager: Working on commercial office fit out projects valued £5 – £40 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B and cut & carve across central London. Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager: Playing an active part in tendering and winning work Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to site staff Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completionRequirements for Senior Project Manager: Experience winning key projects and running them from cradle to grave Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out experience Comfortable leading tenders or supporting a Project Director in tender delivery What we offer for Senior Project Manager: Full autonomy to present ideas to directors / the board and make key decisions A company who care about employee progression with 49 promotions last year!
