About the role of Senior Commercial Manager:\\n\\nGreat opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join an ambitious and growing fit out contractor that\’s part of a privately owned, £150 million group. They\’re looking for a senior commercial manager to run cut and carve projects with valuations ranging between £10 million and £50 million. Majority of projects will be commercial CAT A and CAT B fit outs and refurbishments.\\n\\nResponsibilities for Senior Commercial Manager:\\n\\nWorking from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.\\nRunning a high valued project independently and reporting into the divisional director.\\nManaging Packages.\\nManaging Sub-Contractors.\\nSite Meetings.Requirements for Senior Commercial Manager:\\n\\nMinimum 3 years\’ experience with fit-out contractors or familiarity with fit-out projects.\\nPrevious experience managing a £10+ million CAT A fit out project.\\nExperience with cut and carves is essential.\\nDegree qualified and needs to be construction based.\\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\\nAbility to build and maintain strong relationships.What we offer for a Senior Commercial Manager: \\n\\n£100,000 + salary depending on experience.\\nOpportunity to join a company with over 30 years in the industry and a team of expert managers to help deliver training schemes for personal and career development where required.If you want to hear about this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV or contact Alex Leaver in our London office on (phone number removed)
