About the role:

  • Working on commercial construction projects valued upwards of £20 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B, cut + carve, light structural work and externals.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as No.1 on site with a Project Manager reporting into you.
  • Day to day Client interaction.
  • Ensuring programme is met.
  • Tendering and winning key contracts.

Requirements:

  • Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor.
  • Experience working as a Project Director on projects valued over £40 million.
  • CAT A, CAT B and light structural experience.
  • Cut + Carve & commercial fit out experience.
