Responsibilities:
- Acting as No.1 on site with a Project Manager reporting into you.
- Day to day Client interaction.
- Ensuring programme is met.
- Tendering and winning key contracts.
Requirements:
- Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor.
- Experience working as a Project Director on projects valued over £40 million.
- CAT A, CAT B and light structural experience.
- Cut + Carve & commercial fit out experience.
