The predicted salary is between 60000 - 84000 £ per year.
The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced MEP Commissioning Manager who has a proven track record of delivering MEP projects from £2-15 million in value on large new build commercial and residential schemes.
Ideally you will have a proven track record of delivering commissioning from concept to completion and aftercare on commercial/residential projects. You will need to be a proactive team player capable of setting commissioning plans in place from initial Stage 1 design throughout delivery, handover and aftercare. Experience of Passivhaus design would be advantageous.
