Senior Project manager opportunity working for a medium sized main contractor who have an £80million new build hotel scheme in the heart of London. This Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the full delivery of a new build hotel in London, managing the client, design and full life cycle of the job. The Senior Project Manager will be taking the project from early stages of pre-con to full new build delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can deliver a construction project from start to finish leading a team and managing a client.
Senior Project Manager responsibilities:
- Managing whole life cycle of the project from design, working with the commercial team, managing operations and reporting into visiting Project Director.
The ideal Senior Project Manager:
- Comes from an Engineering background.
- Has delivered a Hotel new build project and seen it from start to finish.
- Has delivered construction projects valued at £50million.
