We are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a PLC developer on a busy residential development in Sussex. This is a freelance position.
The Finishing Manager will be supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager on site and taking plots from 1st fix to completion.
Responsibilities for Finishing Manager:
- Overseeing plots to completion
- Supporting the Site Manager with daily operations on site
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time and to standard
- Ensuring H&S compliance across the site
- Maintaining quality control and ensuring snagging is dealt with efficiently
Requirements for Assistant Site Manager
- Previous experience working as an Finishing Manager with a developer
- Strong knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast paced site
- Valid CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid
