Job Responsibilities:
- Working in tenanted/void social housing properties
- Ripping old Kitchens out
- Fitting new worktops/kitchen cupboards
- Screening and Latexing
- Installing skirtings and architraves back on and hanging doors
- Desireable: Plaster-patching, Wall tiling, Painting
Requirements:
- Social housing project experience
- Own van to pick materials up
- Tools
