Finisher required in and around Thirsk to work in void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations. This scheme is a mixture of responsive repairs and kitchen and bathroom schemes.
The Client
Our client is an award winning sub contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates around the Yorkshire and Derbyshire regions.
The Role
Main duties are boxing in pipe work, corking, painting/decorating, silicone joints, attaching skirtings, plaster-patching, easing doors and replacing 2-3 tiles.
The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:00pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday.
- Street Parking
- Work with a reputable social housing contractor who work on various schemes within Derbyshire
- Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Finisher/Multi-Skilled Trades
- Social housing experience
- Own Tools
- Valid CSCS Card
- Own Transport
- You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
