As the Site Manager, you'll be working on a SHDF contract, with properties based in Harrow - this role will require you to travel. With an eye for Health & Safety, you'll be the go-to for leading the team to keep up with standards on a refurbishment scheme.
This role is set for 4-6 weeks.
Needing someone to start from the 19th of October.
Responsibilities for Site Manager
- Ensure high quality service is provided and scheduling work to adhere to company procedures.
- Lead and manage the team whilst training and mentoring so they can succeed alongside you, clear progression routes will be demonstrated for you and your team.
- Liaising with the Contracts Manager to inspect and analyse the quality of work across.

- Experience in a similar role
- Skilled in planned works
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Own transport
