Fawkes and Reece are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to fulfil a 12 month contract paying a competitive day rate.
This client is a leading organisation within the construction space who predominantly specialise within residential development and property services.
The project you will be working on will be Fire safety improvements on high rise buildings specifically 10 stories high frame. Working alongside a very experienced team who already have some knowledge of the building itself.
For this role you will be paid umbrella - CIS or Paye
Responsibilities:
- Lead contract administration
- Oversee a team of Quantity Surveyors
- Provide commercial support to engineers and project managers
- Identify adverse trends early
Requirements:
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Knowledge of construction regulations and standards
- Communication, negotiation and decision-making skills
- Great Project and time management
- Commercial awareness and risk management
