Fawkes & Reece Group on the Isle of Wight seeks an Experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a £5m leisure project near West Cowes. The project is a two-storey steel framed building with shell and core, client fit-out and extensive external works delivering mixed leisure facilities.
You will report to the Contracts Manager and oversee all site activities, client liaison, RFIs/TQs, short-term programming, health and safety, method statements, QA, sub-contractor coordination and handover.
