Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Construction Labourer to join a busy construction site in Westminster, London.
This is a great opportunity for someone with construction site experience who is looking for work in Central London. The successful candidate will assist with general labouring duties, support tradespeople and help maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
We are looking for someone who is punctual, takes pride in their work and can follow instructions from site management.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general labouring duties across the construction site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with day-to-day tasks when required.
- Load, unload and move construction materials safely.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy and free from debris.
- Assist with site clearance and waste removal.
- Maintain safe access routes and help keep the site organised.
- Follow instructions from site managers and supervisors.
- Comply with all site health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Support the wider site team to ensure work is completed efficiently.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card.
- Previous construction labouring experience preferred.
- Good understanding of construction site health and safety.
- Full PPE, including safety boots and a hard hat, as required by the site.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Right to work in the UK.
